When you make an enquiry:

  • You are provided with detailed information on our products and the options that are available to you.
  • You can ask all the questions you want answers to.
  • You can see other installations if you wish.
  • You can visit our works if you wish.

When you receive your estimate:

  • There is no pressure.
  • No one will visit you except by invitation and appointment.
  • Your estimating surveyor has years of product training.
  • You will be provided with options whenever possible.
  • We will recommend the best solution to suit your particular circumstances.
  • But remember, the choice is always yours.

Our pricing structure:

  • The price is in writing and detailed - type of wood, glazing specification and all.
  • The price includes everything.
  • There are no hidden extras.

We provide value:

  • Any savings we make are passed on to you.
  • We advise when replacement is better value than repair over the long term.
  • You get what you pay for - a quality product.

Payment plan:

  • You pay one third on placing the order and the balance when your product is installed.
  • Finance arrangements can be made with our loan broker as we are members of the UK Trades Confederation.

Aesthetics:

  • Our products are all designed to comply with building regulations / energy saving / noise reduction while retaining the aesthetic restrictions of the heritage planners and your home.

Delivery:

  • We are currently delivering windows within two to three months of finalising your order and receipt of your deposit.
  • A firm date for delivery and/or installation is agreed with you as soon as your work is ready to install.

Installation:

  • You are kept in touch and informed during the whole process.
  • Everything is done in our joinery works that can be done to reduce work time on site.
  • Our installers are completely trustworthy.
  • We will not send your installer to start another job before he finishes your work.
  • Our installers clean up when they finish.

Our custom-made products are designed to give value both to the discerning client as well as adding value to the property in which they are installed, which is reflected in the price. Often, we are brought in to either remove other manufacturers windows which have broken down before their time or the windows installed did not do the job a client had hoped for. Indeed, we have had clients decide to go with another manufacturer only to return to us later to remove those windows and install our products. This only proves the value in our custom-made windows.
